Training people can apply afterwards

e-Perfection builds custom eLearning for organisations whose training has to work the first time — because a regulator will ask, or because the cost of getting it wrong is measured in something other than money.

Most courses fail in the same place. Someone is asked to turn a policy document into training, the brief becomes 'cover this material', and what ships is a slide deck with a quiz on the end. It gets completed. Nothing changes. The next audit asks for evidence of competence and the completion report is not it.

So we start somewhere else: what should someone be able to do afterwards, and how will you know they can. Everything after that — tool choice, interaction design, how many modules, whether it needs voice-over at all — falls out of that one sentence. It also means we sometimes recommend something smaller than you came for.

We hand over source files and document how things are built, so the course is yours to keep. We can stay on to maintain it, or your team can take it from there — either way, the next project is earned rather than locked in.
