Using this site
The site describes e-Perfection’s services. It is not a quote. Prices, timelines and scope are agreed in writing for each project.
Projects
Work starts when both sides have agreed a scope, a storyboard or equivalent, and a price. If the scope changes, the number can change; we will say so before we do the extra work.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the material you give us, and for having the right to use it. We are responsible for building to the agreed storyboard and for testing what we said we would test.
Source files
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, source files and documentation transfer to you at project close. We do not hold files as leverage. We can stay on to maintain the course; that is a separate choice, not a condition of handover.
Liability
We take care over the work. We are not liable for loss that comes from how the course is used, from an LMS we do not control, or from material you supplied. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
