What we build

Nine ways we get training built

Most projects use two or three of these together. If a cheaper tool does the job, we will tell you before you sign.

Why teams pick us

Six things you can hold us to

Not values — commitments. Each one is checkable during the project.

Scoped to what people should be able to do

Every project opens by writing down what people should be able to do afterwards. Completion rates are a health check, not the point.

A working prototype before we scale

You see one real module running on your own LMS before we build the rest. Look, feel and tracking get approved while changes are still cheap.

Accessible when the brief needs it

WCAG 2.2 AA is quoted as its own line, and planned at design stage rather than retrofitted. Keyboard paths, screen-reader semantics and contrast are decided on paper.

Tested on your LMS, not a generic one

Launch, completion, scoring, bookmarking and suspend-data limits verified on the platform and version your learners use, with a written report.

Source files are yours at handover

Project files and documentation transfer at close. Keep us on to maintain the course, take it in-house, or take it elsewhere — nothing is held back as leverage.

Built to be maintained

Clean variable naming, documented triggers and modular structure, so an update in two years does not mean rebuilding — whether we make it or your team does.

How we work

A loop, not a launch date

How long each phase takes depends on the scope. If you already have storyboards and only need the build, we start at Prove it early.

  1. Define the behaviour

We agree what people should be able to do once the course is over, and how you will know. Everything after this is judged against that sentence.

    • Performance objectives
    • Audience and constraints brief
    • Success measures
  2. Design the path

Your subject-matter experts see a storyboard before anything is built. Structure, scenarios, assessment logic and — when the brief needs it — accessibility decisions are all settled on paper, where changes are cheap.

    • Storyboard
    • Assessment and branching logic
    • Accessibility plan if in scope
  3. Prove it early

We build one real module — fully styled, fully interactive, running on your LMS. You approve the look and the tracking before we scale it across the rest of the course. If you already have storyboards, this is where we start.

    • Working module
    • Visual design system
    • LMS launch test
  4. Develop and integrate

Production runs against the approved prototype. You see builds as they land rather than waiting for a single reveal at the end, so course corrections stay small.

    • Full course build
    • Media and motion graphics
    • xAPI statement set
  5. Test on your LMS

Functional and tracking testing on the platform your learners actually use, plus accessibility testing when it is in the quote. You get the test matrix showing what was checked, on what, and the result.

    • QA report
    • Accessibility check if in scope
    • LMS tracking verification
  6. Handover, then stay on if you want

We hand over source files. If you want us to stay, we can watch the first cohort with you and use that to scope the next release — or your team can take it from there.

    • Source files and documentation
    • Optional cohort review
    • Iteration backlog if we stay on

Sectors we know

Your regulator, your shift patterns, your LMS

Training problems are sector-specific. These are the environments we have built for often enough to know the constraints before you explain them.

Healthcare

Clinical staff train between shifts, on shared devices, under regulators who expect evidence of competence rather than attendance.

Financial services

Regulatory change lands faster than courses can be rebuilt, and every completion has to stand up to an audit years later.

Manufacturing

Frontline teams are on the floor, not at desks, and the cost of getting a procedure wrong is measured in injuries and downtime.

Retail

High turnover means you are onboarding continuously, and seasonal peaks arrive before new starters are confident.

Government & public sector

Procurement demands accessibility evidence up front, and courses must work on locked-down hardware and older browsers.

Technology

The product ships every two weeks, which means training is out of date roughly as fast as you can publish it.

Education

Faculty content is rich but rarely built for self-paced online study, and accessibility obligations are non-negotiable.

Compliance

Mandatory training is the least-liked hour of the year, and click-through completion proves nothing if behaviour does not change.

Sexual and reproductive healthWHO Academy

A pharmacy consult scored on respect, not only on the prescription

Challenge. Emergency contraception in a pharmacy is a conversation, not a product. Quizzing the protocol does not test the consult.

Approach. A Storyline scenario in which the learner is the health worker and the client is in the room. Lessons lock in sequence, so the test cannot be sat without the conversation: counsel, then provide the pills and follow-up, then six questions. Accuracy, respect and communication are scored separately while the consult is still happening. A pharmacist can know the protocol and still fail the conversation; the course will show which.

Road safetyAramco

Road traffic safety, taught as decisions rather than rules

Challenge. Knowing the road-safety rules is not the same as reading a road. A course that only tests recall cannot tell the difference.

Approach. A Storyline module of filmed driving scenarios that pause at the moment a decision has to be made. Points are awarded per answer and carried while they are still being earned, so the cost of a choice is visible at the time it is made. The result reports the total and awards badges from the pattern of answers, so two people who both passed do not get the same feedback.

PhotographyRed Bull Media House

A shot brief photographers read before the event, not after

Challenge. Photographers covering a gaming shoot are briefed once and work around the event. They need to recognise the shot when it is in front of them, not only remember a list of rules.

Approach. A Storyline briefing that walks through key shot types on real frames from previous shoots. The photographer looks at the example first and reads the rule second, which is the order they will meet them in on the day. Guidance sits on the photograph it describes, so the brief teaches recognition rather than a list to recall under pressure, and stays skimmable for someone re-reading it before an event.

What clients say

The part we don’t write

We can tell you how we work. Our clients can tell you what it’s actually like — from the first conversation and the rounds of feedback to the course that brings it all together.

I had the great privilege of working with Oleh at Theory of Enchantment for two years. He and his team transformed Enchantment's existing course into a beautiful, slick version for our bigger clients. This was especially necessary as we ultimately couldn't find an LMS platform to fit our needs and yet the scorm files were so good they could stand alone. Oleh was able to have images slide in and create other beautiful, emotionally compelling visuals that increasingly made the Enchantment course feel playful and fun, which is what I was aiming for. This made our clients more eager to finish the course and led to greater retention of the material. Oleh was very responsive whenever we requested edits, getting them done in a 24 hour turn-around time. I highly recommend working with him if you're designing a course and looking to work with the very best.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Oleh on a large-scale eLearning project that involved developing a huge number of Articulate Storyline courses — and what he and the team he managed delivered was nothing short of exceptional. What made their achievement even more impressive was that the courses were not in their native language. Despite this, Oleh led the team with remarkable skill, precision, and professionalism. He not only demonstrated deep technical expertise, but also an outstanding ability to manage complexity, adapt quickly, and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences under challenging conditions. Oleh is a true leader and a dedicated professional — detail-oriented, committed, and always willing to go above and beyond. If you're looking for someone who can lead teams and deliver top-tier results under pressure, I wholeheartedly recommend Oleh.

Before you ask

The questions we get on every first call

If yours is not here, ask it on the call — we would rather answer it than have you guess.

How long does a custom course take to build?

Scope and complexity drive the timeline far more than length does. A straightforward module built from approved content can be designed, developed and ready to launch inside a week; one carrying heavy interactivity, custom animation, media or bespoke functionality runs to several weeks. Larger programmes run in parallel tracks rather than sequentially, so a five-module curriculum does not take five times as long, and conversions of existing material are faster than building new.

What does a project cost?

Cost tracks interactivity, not page count. A Rise course built from approved content sits at the low end; a Storyline branching simulation with custom media and localization sits at the high end. We quote per module against an agreed storyboard so the number does not move unless the scope does.

Will the course work on our LMS?

We test on your LMS before delivery rather than assuming standards compliance is enough. That covers launch, completion, scoring, bookmarking and suspend-data limits, on the version you actually run. You receive a written test report with the package showing what was verified.

Do we own the source files?

Yes. Storyline, Rise, Captivate and design source files are handed over at project close along with documentation of variables, triggers and structure. We can stay on to maintain the course, or you can take it in-house or to another vendor. We do not hold source files as leverage.

Do you maintain the course after launch?

Yes, when that is useful. We stay on for updates, translations and the next release. The files are yours either way, so you can also take maintenance in-house — that is a choice, not a requirement.

Can you work with our subject-matter experts?

That is the normal arrangement. SME time is the most common cause of delay on eLearning projects, so we schedule specific review windows up front, send material ahead of them, and consolidate feedback into a single pass rather than collecting comments indefinitely.

Is accessibility included or extra?

Extra, and deliberately so. Plenty of courses go to a known internal audience with no accessibility requirement, and we would rather not build that cost into every quote for work most projects do not need. When you do need it, we build to WCAG 2.2 AA — keyboard navigation, screen-reader semantics, captions, contrast and focus order — scoped at storyboard stage, which is the only point where it is inexpensive. Section 508 documentation and a VPAT are available on request. Tell us on the first call and it goes into the quote as its own line.

Do you white-label for agencies?

Yes. A meaningful share of our work is delivered under partner agencies' branding, with their client relationship left intact. We can work inside your project management process, attend client calls as your team, or stay entirely behind the scenes — whichever the engagement calls for.

How do you use AI in production?

For first-draft scripting, image generation and knowledge-check drafting, always with an instructional designer reviewing before anything reaches a learner. We disclose where AI was used in a build. We do not train models on your content, and confidential material stays out of third-party tools unless you have approved that in writing.
