The challenge

A FieldView report is only useful if the person in the cab can read it. The obvious move — more nitrogen on the patch that looks poor — is often the wrong one.

What we did

A Storyline lesson that walks through application reports the way a grower meets them in the cab, with the walkthrough available as narration or as text. Finding a report is practised as a sequence of steps, then the lesson asks the nitrogen question that looks obvious and often is not — which is the decision the software is there to inform.

Louise, the grower, is the audience for the FieldView walkthrough, not an afterthought in a help article. The narration sits next to the same paragraph, so the lesson works with the sound on or off.
