The challenge
Social workers are picking up rehabilitation case management while already carrying a caseload. They need the standard, and a certificate that qualifies them, without a free week to sit through it.
What we did
A Rise module in twelve sections, built to be taken in fragments between cases and resumed where it stopped. Each lesson is followed by its own exercise, so a misunderstanding surfaces in the section that caused it rather than in a bank of questions at the end. Principles that are a set rather than a sequence open one at a time. The module closes on a scored test at eighty percent, with a retake and a downloadable certificate.
