The challenge

Injury nutrition is often taught as a body of knowledge, then applied one patient at a time. The translation into practice is left to the clinician.

What we did

A Storyline module structured as a consultant's week rather than a textbook: research, clinic, workshop, each scored as it is completed. The interaction changes with the topic — agree or disagree to surface the variables, drag benefits into the columns they belong to — so a wrong answer is somewhere to work from rather than a mark to carry. A running total stays in view while the work is still in progress.

Project highlights

4 × 50
Four scored tasks worth fifty points each, framed as the consultant's own workload rather than as modules — the reader is helping Saad get through his week, not working through a contents page.
Score in view
The total and the step tracker sit on every screen, so a reader can see what a task has earned so far and how much of it is left while they are still inside it.
