The challenge
Tuberculosis precautions are written for a fully equipped ward. A lot of the care happens where some of those controls are missing, and training that only covers the standard leaves that clinician with nothing to fall back on.
What we did
An eleven-lesson Rise course that fits around a shift rather than needing a block of time. Under-resourced settings sit as a lesson in their own right, not a footnote after the CDC and WHO precautions. Sources stay in the sidebar while the reader is still in the material. Progress is gated so a section cannot be skipped, and a twelve-question assessment closes it.
